Amend Order

1) How can I amend or edit a recently placed order?

If you would like to amend a recently placed web order then please refer to the e-mails sent to you in order to inform our web team of any changes that you would like to make. This includes any cancellations that have not been confirmed for despatch. The e-mails that we have sent you includes an e-mail address that you should reply to in order to update or amend your order.

Please note the following:

• For all pay monthly handsets we are unable to credit check or deliver to educational establishments (including Halls of Residence), Hospitals or MOD establishments. Credit checks must be on your home address and you must have resided in the UK for 3 years or more.
• The delivery address must be the home residence of the applicant. We are unable to deliver to any other address

2. I want to change my delivery address

We only deliver to the address where the customer bank details are registered to as a security precaution. We cannot deliver to any other destination, as we want to ensure safe transit of the goods direct to you.

Please note:

• Delivery to Northern Scotland and offshore locations may take up to 3 days.
• For all pay monthly handsets we are unable to credit check or deliver to Educational establishments, Hospitals or MOD establishments. Credit checks must be on your home address and you must have resided in the UK for 3 years or more.
• Delivery estimates are subject to stock availability.

3. I want to verify the details of my order

If you have purchased over the internet please log in to your account to obtain a full breakdown of your order. Alternatively please read the order confirmation e-mails that we send you upon completion of your order.

If you have purchased over the telephone then please refer to the information that is contained within your Welcome Pack documentation that is sent with the handset. This information will contain tariff information, your Chequeback vouchers, terms and conditions and other useful information.
