Billing Enquiries

1) I am being charged more than the deal that is advertised on this site.

When you sign up to a 12-month or 18-month service agreement with e2save.com the deals that we offer are e2save.com offers and not related to the network. This means that you will be charged the full amount for the line rental by the network each month and the deals that we advertise are paid back to you via our Chequeback process.

2) My first bill is for more than the line rental advertised.

Your first bill may be slightly more expensive in terms of line rental than the monthly line rental charge advertised on our website. This is because line rental is charged in advance and for the first month a 'part month line rental charge' may apply:

As there is a monthly billing cycle for each network, you may be connected before this cycle begins. Therefore you will be charged line rental from the point of connection up to this first billing date and for the next full month line rental in advance. Normally part month charges are no more than two weeks' worth of line rental. This charge is reflected in a reduced final bill which ensures that you only pay line rental for the time you are subsrcibed to the network.

3) I want to query or amend my bill.

We do not have access to your bill that has been sent by your chosen network provider. As such, we recommend that you should discuss any billing issues with your chosen network provider on the number shown on your bill or on the following contact details:

As we do not supply your bill we cannot amend any part of your service agreement once the handset has been connected. Please contact your network provider to complete any changes or amendments.

4) There is something wrong with my bill.

We do not have access to your bill that has been sent by your chosen network provider. As such, we recommend that you should discuss any billing issues with your chosen network provider on the number shown on your bill or on the following contact details:

If you feel that there is a discrepancy between the deal that you placed an order for, and the amount that you are being charged for, and this has nothing to do with Chequeback , then please contact us detailing your query and we will endeavour to resolve your query within 72 hours.

5) I have returned my handset but received a bill from the network.

When your handset is received into our warehouse it is likely that the complete disconnection of the line will not occur for another 2-3 weeks. This may mean that you could receive an invoice from the network during this period for full line rental charges.

Please disregard this invoice; we also suggest that you contact your bank to cancel the direct debit.

The second invoice that you receive will be updated with the cancellation and will be recalculated directly by the network.
