Cashback
1. How do I claim my chequeback (cashback)?
Some contract deals are made up of both discounted line rental via the network and chequeback (cashback) funded by e2save.com. On some contract deals you may also receive an automatic credit via cheque within 2 months of connection. You will not need to claim this. Chequeback (cashback) applies to specific deals on selected 12-month or 18-month contract phones only. Your chequeback (cashback) is refunded to you via redemption.
If your address is different from the one given to us at point of purchase we will send the cheque to the address that is on the airtime bill that you send to us. You do not need to inform us of a change in address. Depending on when you purchased your phone, please click on the appropriate button below to find out how you claim your chequeback from us.
1a. Phone purchased before 31st May 2005
- The full amount will be paid to you over 2 separate payments.
- We simply require your 6th and 12th airtime bills to arrive with us within 1 month of the date stated on the airtime bill (sending photocopies is advisable so that you can keep the originals for your records)
- Please send by Royal Mail recorded delivery, with a covering letter detailing your daytime contact numbers, to the following address:

- Remember to:
- Enclose the appropriate airtime bill
- Enclose a covering letter with your contact numbers
- Post by recorded delivery
1b. Phone purchased on or after 1st June 2005
- The full amount will be paid to you over 3 separate payments.
- We simply require your 4th, 8th then 12th airtime bills to arrive with us within 1 month of the date stated on the airtime bill (sending photocopies is advisable so that you can keep the originals for your records).
- Securely attach the corresponding chequeback vouchers 1, 2 then 3 (chequeback vouchers can be found in your Welcome Pack).
- Please send by recorded delivery, with a covering letter detailing your daytime contact numbers, to the following address:

2. I have not received my automatic credit.
Automatic credits are e2save.com offers and are available on selected airtime agreements.
These automatic credits are processed via cheque and sent to the account holder within 2 months of purchase if you do not cancel your contract. You do not have to claim this credit, it is sent automatically to you.

Due to a technical issue, there is a further extension on the delivery of the automatic credits. Automatic credits will be delivered to you within a further 2 weeks to the above timeframe. We apologise for this delay and hope to have normal service resuming shortly. We thank you for your patience.
If this two month (and 2 week) period has passed and you have still not received your automatic credit, please contact us and we will investigate the matter for you and offer a solution within 72 hours.
3. I have not received my chequeback (cashback) yet

Due to a technical issue, there is a short delay on the delivery of the cashback cheques to customers. Cheques will be delivered to you within 45 days and not 28 as stated. We apologise for this delay and hope to have normal service resuming shortly. We thank you for your patience.

- If you still have your original air time bill, and you received it no more than 30 days ago, please photocopy this and send via recorded delivery without delay. For full details, including delivery address please click below as appropriate:

Please contact us and we will attempt to resolve the situation within 72 hours for you. Your chequeback (cashback) may have been sent to your old address. Please contact us and we will attempt to resolve the situation within 72 hours for you.
4. Terms & Conditions
- Chequeback offers are subject to the customer remaining on the original priceplan chosen at point of purchase. The customer must remain on this priceplan for the first 12-months of the service agreement.
- Changing the priceplan invalidates the chequeback deal.
- We reserve the right to withhold any chequeback payment(s) if we believe the account to be of a fraudulent nature.
- Should the service agreement be suspended or disconnected for any reason then we reserve the right to withold any payments due.
- We must receive the customer's claim within 28 days of the relevant bill being issued by the network.
- The customer will need to send the claim by recorded delivery.
- The address to send the claim to is dependent on when the handset was purchased. Please view the 'How do I claim my chequeback (cashback)' section above for further information.
- We give notice that we cannot be held responsible for lost items or claims that arrive outside of the qualifying period so we urge our customers to send their claims via recorded delivery.
Please allow up to 28 days for the cheque to be delivered.
